This is your area of activity:

• receiving and processing requests by phone and email
• settlement of orders and complaints for health insurance companies, doctors and patients, always with the aim of high customer satisfaction
• Close cooperation with various specialist departments in the company
• Active customer response in the B2B and B2C area via phone and e-mail, including customer recovery and maintenance of master data and inventory customers
• ensure compliance with quality and service standards in accordance with the specified targets
• Support of patients in the application and use of the respective device products

Take this with you:

• Ideal experience in telephone customer service
• Experiences in service or sales services are desirable
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Fast thinking, team skills and flexibility
• Competence in consulting products in need of declaration
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Additional language skills are advantageous
• Secure handling of PC and MS Office applications
