The aim of the position as Deputy Head of Accounting (m/w/d) is to ensure proper financial accounting including the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, payment and receivable management, as well as the continuous optimization of accounting processes. Processing and continuous development of ongoing financial accounting Responsible for creditor, debitor and asset accounting and their ongoing optimization Maintenance and coordination of the accounts including ongoing account analyses Responsible for the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Responsibility for receivable management including dunning settlement of payment transactions and monitoring and tracking of open items

A successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally as a tax specialist with further training to the account holder, or a comparable qualification or a corresponding degree Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting Routined with DATEV and very good knowledge in MS Excel Understanding final processes German language skills
