Quality Manager (m/f/d)

CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Care and development: You are responsible for the full support, extension and documentation of our quality management system, taking into account internal and external requirements. Processes and training: You develop processes, process structures and associated documentation. As a result, you train and sensitize our employees in QM, create training documents and are the first respondent. Planning and implementation of audits: You are responsible for the planning, implementation and preparation of internal audits and for the entire organisation of external audits of ISO 9001. You act as an interface between all relevant stakeholders. Quality requirements: You are responsible for planning and ensuring quality in production, service and technical services. In addition, you regularly create quality reports and prepare the key figures for the management. Analysis and Supplier Management: You carry out cause analyses, derive from these measures and pursue their implementation. You are also involved in risk analysis and compliance/regulatory compliance. In addition, you participate in the supplier management in the evaluation, qualification and auditing.

Complete technical studies or a comparable qualification Certifications in quality management and experience as an internal auditor Found professional experience in quality management Safe handling of QM and documentation systems High sense of responsibility and quality Analytical thinking and pronounced communication skills Self-responsible, structured and prudent action Not mandatory, but quite desirable: Experience in Verification Management
