Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for handling the complete application in the field of health insurance. In addition, you work closely with your colleagues in product consulting and our speakers and have fun taking on (technical) special tasks, such as inventory actions. You will be happy to help our business partners, as well as customers with all resolution issues. Your tasks include the search and processing of open processes as well as the processing of the entry and exit mail. In addition to the day-to-day business, you can help us develop our processes and find new ways to process automated documents.

You have successfully completed your commercial training or have a comparable qualification. You don't need previous insurance & financial services, but find our industry exciting. You bring a strong technical affinity and you want to work in our internal programs. Your very good communication skills facilitate your cooperation with other departments as well as business partners and customers. Structured and careful work is a matter of course for you. You are very safe in handling MS Office and can convince us with advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
