We are currently looking for a dedicated customer care department at our Munich location Customer Care Agent Netherlands / Customer Care Agent (m/w/d) As a customer adviser (m/w/d), you can contact our Dutch customers on our dental devices by telephone and support sales in administrative tasks. As a competent contact person (m/w/d), you will be responsible for our Dutch customers in case of telephone requests to our dental devices for dental practice You take over the service-oriented commercial processing and administrative support of sales and ordering Care of our goods management and CRM systems is part of your daily business You function as an interface between colleagues (m/w/d), e.g. in sales, technology and warehouse logistics, and our customers (m/w/d) You provide competent and friendly support to our customers by phone (inbound) and email You act as our flagship, provide professional assistance and represent our sympathetic company You may assume your personal strengths accordingly. Projects and additional tasks in cooperation with the department management

You have a training with (tooth-)medical, technical or commercial focus (e.g. medical technology, ZFA, industrial clerk (m/w/d) or the like) Ideally, you have already been able to gain relevant professional experience in the sales service, customer service, call center or a similar segment You are a communication talent and have a fingertip feeling in dealing with different personalities For administrative activities, you always work reliably and accurately You like to work independently, are both service- and sales-oriented and highly motivated When handling the MS Office package, you are fit You show a positive approach, sense of responsibility and are an exceptional team player You have very good German knowledge and Dutch knowledge Your good English knowledge (B2) in word and writing will gladly bring you a
