As part of the transfer of employees, we are looking for a SPS programmer (m/w/d) in full time for our internationally operating customer and Hidden Champion in the Greater Ravensburg. Ref. 46368

Tasks

• Programming and adaptation of control programs with Siemens TIA Portal for CNC machines and systems
• Design of CNC control with Siemens Sinumerik ONE including commissioning at the customer
• Adaptation and extension of the user interface with Siemens WinCC according to customer-specific requirements
• Implementation of the technical commissioning on site at the end customer including functional testing and optimization of operations
• Analysis and elimination of disturbances in the control environment and implementation of software adaptations and updates
• Instruction of the operator into the new control software and transfer of the system documentation
• Support of the project team for technical issues in the field of automation and CNC control technology

Requirements

• Successfully completed technical training or studies in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in PLC programming with Siemens TIA Portal in machine and plant engineering
• Foundation knowledge of the configuration and programming of Siemens Sinumerik ONE CNC controllers
• Experience in creating and adapting visualizations with Siemens WinCC
• Secure handling of SCL or ST and ideally first experiences in NC programming
• Good English knowledge in word and writing for international customer use
• High readiness for worldwide service and commissioning operations as well as strong customer orientation
