Coordination and implementation of the allocation for the practical year (PJ) and administration of the PJ portal Care of the participating teaching hospitals including quality assurance Organisation of events in particular in relation to the practical year Planning and organization of the 3rd Section of medical examination Implementation of general administrative tasks in daily business (including certification)

Complete vocational training in commercial or medical administrative fields, or comparable qualifications Finded professional experience, ideally in university environments or in medical applications is advantageous Secure IT skills, especially in handling MS Office programs Representative organisational and communication skills, as well as interest in cooperation with the different stakeholders involved in medical training Structured and careful working and team skills
