Customer support: Support and advice about our measuring instruments, insulin pumps and other products Relationship management: Contact building and care with the surrounding focus areas, clinics, doctors and self-help groups Filial management: Reliable management of the branch bank and processing of recipes and shipping orders Visual Merchandising: Ensuring an appealing presentation of products in our shop windows and shelves Event planning: organisation and implementation of patient and information events to increase customer retention and number
