Professional and disciplinary management of the responsibility area as well as active personnel and organizational structure of the area with a focus on SAP applications Responsibility for the stable, secure and economical operation of the SAP application landscape including SAP base, modules, authorization management and associated resystems and interfaces, including incident, problem and change management Management, deployment and further development of employees as well as control of workflows, processes and results in the SAP environment Control of external service providers and consulting partners in the SAP context in operation and in projects as well as ensuring effective support, operating and service processes Recording, evaluating and prioritizing technical requirements as well as managing and controlling projects for the introduction, development and optimization of SAP applications and related services Developing strategy and standards in responsibility

Complete degree with Master/Diplom degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a subject with IT focus Funded knowledge in operation, development, project management and support for complex SAP application landscapes and the mapping of business processes in SAP Relevant leadership experience in the IT environment, ideally in a changing organizational environment as well as experience in building and developing teams and structures Experience in SAP transformation/migration projects, especially in the context of S/4HANA Very good knowledge of relevant SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PM as well as in SAP basic and architectural topics, SAP HCM Experience with modern SAP technologies such as S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP BTP and interface and integration scenarios pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented operation with a high understanding of quality and service; always with a focus on the needs of the business High customer and service orientation as well as the ability to translate requirements of internal stakeholders into sustainable IT solutions
