Manager Quality Assurance Fruit & Vegetables – national (m/f/d)

Together with your team, you are the reliable contact person for purchasing, sales, supply chain management and our regional companies on goods, legal requirements and internal quality standards for fruit & vegetables as well as flowers & plants You co-ordinate with your team the incoming goods checks fruit & vegetables in our regional shops and hubs, train staff on site and develop processes and processes You regularly evaluate the results, guide the necessary recommendations for action, measures and policy proposals and implement them. You bring your expertise to the creation and implementation of training concepts and documents In interdisciplinary teams, you contribute to the successful implementation of national and international projects with your comprehensive knowledge of fruit and vegetables

Completed studies in agricultural sciences, agricultural management, crops or comparable 8+ years of professional experience in the agricultural sector, in expert offices/certification bodies, market surveillance or comparable Experience in project management leadership experience desired Safe application and interpretation of the relevant German and European legal bases and knowledge of the relevant certification systems, quality seals and requirements of consumer magazines and NGOs A hand-on mentality, an analytical and structured working method as well as communication strength and team orientation Safe handling of relevant application software and good English language skills
