Full-time Instructor for Mechatronics & Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of practical and theoretical training in the fields of mechatronics and electrical engineering. You see yourself as a mentor and coach (m/w/d) for our trainees and accompany them safely according to the training regulations throughout the exam preparation (AP1 & AP2). Promoting regular selection, assessment and development talks You targeted the specialist, methodological and social skills of the trainees. The coordination of operational operational operational planning and cooperation with cooperation companies, vocational schools and the relevant IHK will be included in your task. You continue to advance digitalization in education and rely on modern learning formats that are really fun.

Your personality combined with the passion for the development of young people is important to us! You have completed training as a mechatronic (m/w/d) or have a comparable qualification in the field of electrical engineering/automatization with additional knowledge in metal (or vice versa). PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics or CNC are not foreign words for you. Dealing with young people gives you pleasure, and you have the necessary feeling of fingertips as well as an open and valuable attitude towards the young generation. Ideally, you will bring practical experience in the guidance of trainees and in the work with didactic learning plans. We do not require the training certificate (AdA-Schein) directly – we are happy to support you in obtaining this qualification.
