Become part of the AWO family! We are looking for a reliable home technician / craftsman (m/w/d) in full time for the care and maintenance of our buildings. They carry out independent repair, maintenance and renovation work, bring a broad understanding of the art and work in a solution-oriented manner.

That's the point: • independent implementation of repair, maintenance and maintenance work, as well as minor renovation and rehabilitation work in different structures • Care and control of our buildings and technical installations • Coordination and support for externally awarded craft services • Ensuring order, security and functionality of objects • Documentation of work done and deficiencies

We wish: • Multiannual practical work experience as e.g. painter (w/m/d), electrician (w/m/d), carpenter (w/m/d), or comparable to independent working • Ideally cross-structural understanding • Ability to identify and resolve problems independently • Reliable, structured and responsible operation • Friendly appearance and team skills • Class B driving licence
