You control the entire recruitment process and are responsible for the success of our team in your function. You conduct independently candidate interviews You use recruititng channels effectively and build a candidate pool You know the challenges in recruiting specialists and know the importance of actively addressing things and controlling processes yourself. You are equally Sparringspartner for the team consultants as well as Subject Matter Expert for all questions about Active Sourcing.

You have a completed study or training as well as relevant professional experience in recruiting (internal recruiting, temporary work or freelance). You work solution-oriented and enjoy when our customers become more successful through your service. It's a people business! You love everyday contact with people.
