As Head of Construction:in (m/w/d) in Rohbau you take over the overall responsibility for technically demanding construction projects – from work preparation to successful handover. You control construction processes, teams and after-contractors: both in terms of quality, appointments and cost-effectiveness and ensure smooth project progress. Its responsibility includes: Own-sponsored management and control of raw construction projects taking into account technical and economic targets Work preparation, preparation of construction schedules and schedules Coordination and guidance of the building management and the professional staff Negotiations with contractors:inside and after-contractors:inside Control, acceptance and settlement of after-contracting services Optimization of construction processes and workflows Continuous monitoring of the construction process and the project results

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable engineering training Multiannual professional experience in the building management, ideally in the building Secure understanding of construction and construction processes Experience in Lean Construction is advantageous Good user knowledge in MS Office as well as in common costing / billing programs (e.g. iTWO) Outstanding leadership competence, combined with negotiation skills and enforcement strength Self-sponsored, committed and entrepreneurially shaped work What awaits you!
