General responsibility for the development, implementation and management of the Group-wide BCM and IT Resilience Strategy Implementation of risk analyses and development of emergency and restart plans Planning and execution of tests, exercises and crisis simulations incl. Evaluation and optimization Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. NIS-2) and monitoring of audits Central contact person for BCM and IT resilience within the group Establishing networks and carrying out training and awareness measures

Complete studies in computer science, economic informatics, economic engineering, BWL with IT reference or comparable Multiannual experience in BCM, IT emergency management or information security management Very good knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ITIL, Risk Management) and NIS-2 context Strong analytical and conceptual skills Leadership, sovereign appearance and strong consulting skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
