Together with the medical team, we design the speaking hours and offer our patients comprehensive care. Every day is unique and varied. Our patients come to us when established practices reach their limits, an upcoming operation is present or special therapy needs exist. We offer a variety of specialized speaking hours. It is particularly important that we not only serve adults, but also children and young people in our ambulances.

They are responsible for the administrative reception of our patients, as well as for the installation of digital files and their care, as well as preparation for outpatient settlement They accompany the speaking hours and assist in medical or diagnostic examinations and therapies, for example wound dressings and orthosis, blood withdrawals, joint punctures, infiltrations and injection treatment with platelet-rich plasma (PRP therapy) They advise and support patients as well as their references in individual dealing with health and disease You may organize further diagnostic appointments You create workflows and document care-relevant data You observe and monitor our patients in the sense of clinical medical observation and forward the information to the medical service
