Head of Medical Controlling and Billing (m/f/d)

Operational and strategic overall management and organization of the medical control Ensuring and further developing the correct, high-quality and timely coding and documentation of medical services, including GOÄ MD Management (monitoring of request rates and test results, preparation and implementation of MD in-house approaches, opposition and discussion procedures, preparation of complaints, representation in court) Analysis of medical performance and reporting (including MD reporting) in cooperation with the Financial Controlling Department Communication with cost companies and insurance companies Constructive, trusting and interdisciplinary work Training of medical and nursing clinic staff in the area of DRG-relevant performance documentation Close cooperation with the management, the clinic directors, senior doctors, care management, and all other interfaces

Extensive identifiers in the DRG systematics, in MD management and in the social legal framework of hospital billing Professional experience in strategic and operative medical controlling and/or completed studies in the field of health management / health economy Solution-oriented working and analytical skills Versified handling of KIS systems, MS Office and other digital tools Knowledge of the outpatient GOÄ billing is desirable Safe, friendly and binding occurrence, esteeming communication, team capacity
