The position at a glance For a hospital of basic and regular care in the Hanover area, we are looking for a senior physician or a senior physician for female medicine and birth aid.

The Department of Women's Medicine and Obstetrics offers 40 beds and provides all modern diagnostic and treatment procedures in the field of gynecology and birth aid. Approximately 900 births in the modern Kreißsäle are supervised annually, which also include a vat. The birth aid is recognised as a ‘baby-friendly hospital’ and offers the midwife birth as an option.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• execution of all gynecological procedures, including minimally invasive procedures, surgical treatment of incontinence and organ reduction, as well as abdominal and vaginal operations in benign and malignant tumors.
• Care and support of assistant physicians during their training.
• Support in the Kreißsaal and participation in the Ultrasound speaker lesson.
• Participation in background services at the level of senior physicians.

Technical requirements
