Your tasks:

• Organization - you organize the physiotherapeutic team in coordination with the location management and support the employees:in case of technical questions and challenges.
• Sicbau - you guarantee the professional quality of physiotherapeutic treatments and ensure compliance with legal requirements and quality standards.
• Plant - you plan and coordinate the therapy offer.
• Development - You are responsible for the development and implementation of therapy concepts and programs and participate in the further development of the department and the health center.
• Training - you regularly carry out training and training for the team.

Qualifications

You complete our team if you...

• a completed training in physiotherapy.
• have several years of professional experience in physiotherapy, preferably with leadership experience.
• have excellent expertise and sound knowledge of current physiotherapeutic concepts and treatment methods.
