Your tasks – You make the difference with us: Development and maintenance of Business Continuity Management (BCM) plans and implementation of emergency exercises and tests to ensure operational readiness. Identification and assessment of risks to protect and continuously improve business operations. Training of employees and coordination with other departments for comprehensive BCM processes. Creation of reports on the status and effectiveness of BCM programmes for management. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Support and representation of the BCM coordinator in the emergency/crisis unit. Your profile – This is what you enthuse us: Completed studies in a relevant area and several years of experience in Business Continuity Management. Confidence with BCM standards such as ISO 22301 and pronounced analytical skills to identify, evaluate and prevent risks Strong communication and project management skills for effective cooperation and training. Ability to quickly solve problems in stressful situations and detailed orientation during planning.
