Booking of all current transactions (debitors, creditors, banks and cash registers) for our client and the subsidiaries Participation in the creation of monthly accounts and in tax reports and declarations Preparation of annual accounts in close cooperation with the tax advisor Compilation of evaluations and reports for management and analysis of economic situations Support in optimizing commercial processes take over administrative tasks, e.g. in the field of contracts, insurance or fleet Contact for customers and suppliers in accounting questions Perspective (optional): further development towards wage accounting possible

Completed commercial training or business studies focusing on accounting, finance or taxes At least 8 years of experience in financial and accounting, ideally also with points of contact for wage accounting or tax advice Training in financial accounting, accounting or comparable benefits Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Experience with common accounting systems (e.g. DATEV, Lexware or Addison) Structured, reliable operation and joy in numbers Teamability and Communication Strength
