Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecast Responsibility for budget, forecast and scenario analyses in coordination with the Management Board and Group Further development of integrated planning for GuV, cash flow and balance sheet Analysis of deviations and derivation of appropriate measures Ensuring consistency between operational planning and corporate requirements Commercial control & interface management Financial coordination of the company with high proximity to the operating business Close cooperation with corporate functions, in particular accounting and financial accounting Ensuring consistent data, reporting and control logics Support for the Group's strategic positioning Treasury, liquidity management & financing Responsibility for liquidity management and rolling liquidity planning Control of payment flows and optimization of working capital Coordination with the Group on financing strategy, capital allocation and financing structures Banking Communication & Liabilities Responsibility for financing obligations and supervision of covenants and obligations Proactive communication with banks and financing partners Support for financing decisions and consistent financial communication Governance, Compliance & Group Integration Ensuring regulatory requirements and further development of the internal control system (IKS) Control of relevant corporate governance issues in coordination with the Group Use of synergies in reporting & controlling, financing & capital structure and investor communication Contribution to the further professionalisation and capital marketability of society

Professional qualifications Completed studies of business, finance or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in a commercial or financial management function Funded knowledge in financial planning, liquidity management, treasury, controlling and interface management Experience in managing banks, financing partners and stakeholders Methodological competences Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Experience in building efficient control processes Affinity for modern reporting, BI and automation solutions as well as safe handling of data-based decision bases
