• Execution of all assigned mastery activities according to service description/service instruction
• Work at events and at meetings of municipal bodies
• Coordination and monitoring of cleaning work (head of cleaning staff)
• Monitoring and control of external firms (service providers, specialist firms)
• Documentation of counter readings, care CAFM, organizational coordination, planning and documentation of appointments for maintenance etc.

This will bring you:

• Complete vocational training with several years of experience
• acquired craftsmanship acquired
• General knowledge about the operation of heating and elevator installations are desired
• Class B driving licence
• readiness for flexible working hours, even in the evening and weekends
• Cooperation and team skills
• Willingness to continue and further education
• Good computer skills

It is a temporary full-time agency. Remuneration takes place according to TVöD, depending on the personal conditions up to 7 TVöD.
