The umbrella foundation Diakonie is looking for the Vicinitas - Diakonische Quartiersentwicklung gGmbH at the Gifhorn site (Kästorf) at the next time:n Real Estate Manager (d/m/w) Real estate management is about the most diverse people – families, seniors, employees and, above all, people in need of assistance with e.g. addiction diseases from our help fields, who want to live and live as well as possible. Professionals of real estate management are involved in this. Commercial responsibility, future-oriented housing development and sustainability are among the key areas. We are talking about quarter management, neighborhoods and the living together of different people, across culture and generation. The Vicinitas - Diakonische Quartiersentwicklung gGmbH is a company of the umbrella foundation Diakonie, based in Gifhorn and Hanover. We manage our own real estate as well as rented objects for our help fields throughout Northern Germany and develop a variety of different projects – e.g. the new building of daycare centers or nursing homes. Creation and negotiation of rental contracts as well as transfer and acceptance of rental units incl. master data maintenance and testing of rental payments Own-responsible tenant care Working with real estate agencies and brokers Real estate assessments and accounting and dunning procedures Dates on site (to be cared for) after voting in the vehicle and/or technical team Support of the Coordinator for Acquise and for real estate agencies including real estate reviews Record and process damage and performance cases Creating statistics and cost accounting General office activities

A successfully completed training to the real estate businesswoman (d/m/w) or comparable training with professional experience in house and property management and/or a similar task Social competence, safer and friendly handling of tenants, project partners, etc. Secure knowledge of all common MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word A conscientious, targeted and independent way of working and team skills Understanding the special life situation of the inhabitants/men The identification with the diaconic objectives of our Christian-influenced company is expected
