Service technician for BOS and electrical systems (m/f/d)

You enter the BOS radio systems daily, control the technical facilities of your properties according to checklists and are always attentive to the general condition in the indoor and outdoor areas You fix disorders, for example:

• replacement of lamps and lamps
• Maintenance and regular checking of emergency power units for operation and operational readiness
• fence repairs You accompany contracted foreign companies, instruct them, check the quality of the work and provide access to BOS facilities You keep an eye on the traffic safety requirements of these BOS systems, take care of the overall state and carry out the external plant care themselves You independently undertake small repairs and tests on electrical installations in all properties of the country, such as police, JVA, tax office and LKN For daily work planning, you communicate internally with your manager as well as colleagues (m/w/d) and agree with the demanding area You document your work digitally and use our property management program to do so and work targeted with the current MS Office programs
