Advising employees and executives in personal questions and support in labour law issues and personnel measures Full support of the Employee Life Cycles (recruiting, onboarding, support, talent management / employee development, offboarding) as well as participation in HR projects Creation, care and legally secure documentation of all personal documents (e.g. work contracts, certificates) Supporting change and organisational development processes and active support for team and structural changes Trustful cooperation with the Works Council and preparation and implementation of operational HR topics Analysis of HR metrics and derivation of appropriate measures for the further development of HR and organization processes Processing of relevant payment and settlement data (e.g. expenses and commission data in Jira and NAV)

Completed studies (e.g. personal management, business psychology) or comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or in a comparable role Experience in advising executives and dealing with labour law issues Good sense for people, organizations and pragmatic solutions Responsible, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High communication and consulting skills, sovereign appearance, conflictability Fun on HR projects and the construction of modern HR structures
