• Technical inquiries? Special problems? Both our customers and your colleagues know you as a competent person.

• From installation to configuration - you reliably adjust soft and hardware, be it Microsoft Office in all its versions or special customer requirements.

• From small error to hardware repair - you retrieve faults, redirect devices after a malfunction and replace damaged hardware parts.

• To enable your colleagues to take up your work in the future, you document your work done carefully.

• Experience in onsite support and the handling of ticket systems is already brought with you and uses it routined.

• Complete technical training, e.g. for the computer scientist or in a comparable professional field

• Practice in onsite support and well-founded knowledge in handling LAN and WAN environments.

• Mobile Device Management experiences are advantageous

• Good knowledge of German and English
