Strategy Consultant / Manager im Transformation Management Office (m/f/d)

As Strategy Consultant/Manager (m/w/d) in the Transformation Management Office, you are part of the team responsible for the design, implementation and further development of the agile process and structure of the business units to be transformed. Your duties include: Developing and implementing innovative organisational models that promote efficiency, delivery and employee satisfaction Restructuring of organisational units Establishment and maintenance of modern organizational structures taking into account market and customer expectations Continuous development of our agile operating system, which enables our teams to react quickly and flexibly to changes Coordination of various subprojects and initiatives in the context of transformation activities in different (thematic) areas Development of methods and tools of the operating organisation for measuring capacity requirements, personnel cost control and management of the organisational structures Close and proactive cooperation with the relevant stakeholders who also support the transformation activities (e.g. human resources and development, IT, etc.)

have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor/Master, Diploma or the like) or comparable training has extensive professional experience in managing challenging, cross-functional projects with a focus on organization design and implementation – ideally also in agile environments brings professional experience in strategy consulting as well as in insurance, preferably in business development or strategic business units, with live the agile values and have sound knowledge of classical & agile methods, frameworks (e.g. LeSS, SAFe etc.) and structures (e.g. squads and tribes) has experience in stakeholder management and very good communication and presentation skills have strong conceptual and analytical skills, social competence and empathy as well as strong motivation/conflict skills brings travel readiness between Dortmund and Hamburg
