Leadership of a team (about 15 to 20 employees) in the 3-shift system Further development and qualification of employees Ensuring personnel deployment planning in 3-shift operation Active and sustainable performance management on layer Ensuring audit-compliant production according to IFS Food Compliance and safeguarding the requirements for work, environmental, plant safety and hygiene Application of modern production management methods (Lean, SFM, 5S, etc.) Organisation and implementation of shift start talks and transfers incl. Maintenance of the layer protocol Support of employees in trouble description and elimination

Successfully completed training in the food industry or in another relevant technical field Further training in the food sector, e.g. Fruit juice master, brewer, dairy master, beverage technologist 1-3 years of professional experience as leadership in a manufacturing company readiness for layer or Weekend work and multi-working in peak seasons Own initiative and independent working and the ability to question existing Experience in the application of modern production management methods (Lean Management, TPM, KVP, Kaizen, 5S, etc.) Knowledge of working with SAP, MES and Microsoft Office applications Good German knowledge
