You are responsible for organizing presence appointments with providers. You coordinate dates for various meetings, including steering circles. You'll start presentations for different stakeholders. You accompany various meetings, including logging, including steering circles and committees. You create Excel overviews, including for budget tracking. You take your own small projects. You care and manage evidence in the outsourcing register. You collect data in our Procurement system (budget, requirements). You put documents on different SharePoints. You document workflows. You are responsible for information management in the team, such as news updates from the internal intranet or training offers. You'll check orders and revise the form. You plan and book business trips.

Continuous studies, ideally in an economic or legal degree course Joy in cooperation with different specialist units and clear and effective communication Very good MS Office knowledge especially for creating presentations and meaningful data visualization Embossed organizational talent Structured and careful operation High reliability Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in parallel Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You don't meet any requirement?
