Cooperation in the analysis and evaluation of existing buildings and development of ideas for energetic improvements with focus on sustainability Insights into certification processes including EU-Taxonomy requirements Participation in the creation of sustainable energy and spatial climate concepts, including potential analyses, feasibility assessment and development of optimization measures Insights into the processing of ecological material cycles and implementation of life cycle analyses and life cycle cost calculations Application of modern simulation software to help optimize indoor climate concepts in buildings Support in day-to-day business through collaboration on Green Building projects, climate neutrality, CO2 strategy, Circular Economy and Sustainable Finance

Studies in the field of energy-efficient and sustainable building, environmental engineering, civil engineering, building technology, supply technology, energy and heat engineering, or in a comparable course in advanced studies Knowledge of basics and processes Secure handling of MS Office products, simulation software (e.g. TRNSYS/IDA ICE) and/or CAD Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (at least at level B2) Motivation to develop in an exciting and forward-looking work environment
