As Head of Network, Communications & Locations Support (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the stable, secure and sustainable operation of our network, communication and workplace services. Together with your team, you will ensure a high quality of service at our international locations and promote the continuous development of our infrastructure. Your tasks – You make the difference with us: You run and develop the Team Network, Communications & Locations Support. The availability, security and performance of our network, communication and workplace services are guaranteed worldwide. End-to-end is responsible for the services from the data center to the digital workplace. External IT service providers control quality, costs, SLAs and KPIs. The network and workplace architecture will continue to develop and promote future topics such as cloud, security and automation. With critical disorders and escalations, you take the technical and organizational control. Infrastructure and transformation projects plan and accompany you together with relevant stakeholders. With the help of KPIs and dashboards, you continuously opt for our services. Your profile – This is what you enthuse us: You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. You have multi-year leadership experience in IT infrastructure, networks, communications or workplace services. Modern network, communication, cloud and security technologies are very familiar to you. In the control of external IT service providers as well as the management of infrastructure and transformation projects, you could already gain well-founded experience. You think strategically, communicate confidently and move safely at all hierarchy levels. An analytical, solution-oriented and data-driven mode of operation distinguishes you. You take responsibility, meet well-founded decisions in complex situations and actively promote changes. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
