Dispatcher in the Malteser Fahrdienst (m/f/d)

Planning and disposition of journeys in line and individual travel service for people with disabilities and other social services Coordination and implementation of daily orders – from acceptance to implementation Driver and accompanying personnel management, including operational planning Active relationship management with passengers, clients and facilities Preparation of billing and maintenance of accounting data Ensuring quality standards and telephone processing of requests from our drivers and clients Active fleet management and advice of the service management

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, preferably first disposition experience Organizational and stress resistance: You also keep an overview in hectic situations and master complex challenges with ease. Customer and service orientation: You are a contact person who communicates with a smile even in stressful times and always has the satisfaction of our customers in mind. Technical affinity: You are fit in handling MS Office and bring an affinity to vehicles. When a driver calls and reports that his car no longer works, you know how to help him quickly and competently to efficiently clarify the situation. High social competence: You like to work in the team and bring empathy to the special needs of our passengers, drivers and facilities. Own initiative and sense of responsibility: You act independently, think with and pack up where it is necessary. Local knowledge in the district Traunstein: You know the roads, routes and routes that are important for our driving service. Ideally experience with people with disabilities (e.g. within an FSJ) driving licence class B
