Integration of new customers into existing operating and network processes Planning, design and commissioning of complex network and security systems Management and cooperation in subject-area-specific projects – from idea to successful handover to operation Evaluation of new technologies and design of supporting tools for process optimization Problem analysis in complex system landscapes incl. Escalation Management and Ticket Documentation Technical interface to production teams and representation of the area in overarching solution teams Developing and ensuring the implementation of audit controls

Multiannual professional experience, of which at least three years in the network architecture Certification as Cisco CCNP or comparable and ideally ITIL Expert Knowledge of IT system architecture, network technologies and business principles Embossed analytical thinking, structured working and high solution orientation Very good communication, presentation and moderation capabilities at specialist and management level Very good knowledge of German and English
