With the help of the administration and organisation of personnel development measures and individual development plans as well as cooperation in the acquisition of new management development measures Working with the conceptual development of our global top talent management process Operational support in day-to-day business, e.g. in talent profile management, presentations (also for the board level) and reporting With the help of communication measures for our stakeholders (e.g. intranet page, newsletter) Research activities on best practices and current trends in talent management

Current studies in the field of psychology, economics, business management, adult education or a comparable subject Interest in personnel and executive development and strategic talent management Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Reliability and a structured and conscientious operation Communication strength, team skills and intercultural sensitivity Analytical skills, self-initiative and pleasure in independent work
