In this function, you work closely with the management, the advisory board and the shareholders and gain insights into the entire company and the respective departments at the highest level. The destination port: After about 2 years you will take an exciting and responsible management function according to your strengths and interests.

Strategic assistance of management (all genders) in Hamburg-Altona. Your task menu:

• Your daily business consists of strategic, conceptual and operational support for management, including strategic issues
• You work very closely and trustfully with our CEO
• You participate in advisory meetings, shareholder meetings and other internal/external communication forums and prepare them before and after
• Proactively you bring yourself and your ideas into various projects and select the project management
• You collect management information and prepare it for publication in the company, e.g. presentations for business meetings, annual meetings
• With Competence & Know-how, you start sales & margin analyses and research on various topics

Your finely tuned profile:

• A successfully completed university degree in economics or similar with Master's degree
• first practical experience from a manufacturing company of the FMCG industry, e.g. in the form of internships (Note: this is a job for professional beginners without a multiannual professional experience)
• Fun at work with numbers as well as curiosity, self-confidence, independentness, communication strength and creative ideas
• The courage to go new ways as well as fun and joy in optimizations

• A safe handling of MS Office, especially with teams, PowerPoint & Excel
