Your duties As an integral part of the local management team at the plant, you are the first contact person for all HR relevant questions at the location They advise and support the managers in the plant in all personnel topics and “shape” their own initiative and in full their HR actions – whether it is necessary planning and procurement or the care and development of employees You are looking forward when you, as HR Business Partner, initiate important change and organisational development processes with location responsibility and lead to success They implement recurring HR processes and process operational transactions with the support of our HR Service units It is clear that in your role, you work with the local employee representation on a daily basis and provide targeted results. Last, but not least, focus your attention on the further development of our HR processes, in particular taking into account the production-specific requirements

What we are looking for Successfully completed study of BWL or business psychology with a focus on staff or comparable background Extensive professional experience and well-founded expert knowledge in the above-mentioned field of work as well as experience in monitoring change processes in the cultural environment of a family business and the production environment Consultancy and negotiation strength combined with situation-oriented communication An enthusiastic team player who meets his fellow human beings openly, honestly and at eye level and pursues his goals proactively and independently
