We occupy the position at the next possible time to strengthen our team in Munich Projektmanager (m/w/d) in full time or part-time (at least 30 hours) The Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern offers social and economic services for students. We offer housing, gastronomic facilities, kitas, a consultancy network and a cultural programme and manage the training funding. We are responsible for 15 universities in Munich, Garching, Martinsried, Freising, Rosenheim, Benediktbeuern, Traunstein, Burghausen and Mühldorf am Inn. With more than 9,000 apartments, the Housing Division provides affordable accommodation for students. We build and operate these residential areas in commercial and technical terms. Master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d), preferably from the fields of civil engineering, architecture or building technology Knowledge in the field of construction technology and experience in rehabilitation and maintenance management Knowledge in VOB, UVgO and recognized rules of technology Experience with CAFM systems is desirable Safe handling of office programs A structured, self-employed and targeted way of working, as well as communication strength and team capability
