Number: MER0003O85 The Mercedes-Benz plant Hamburg is a high-tech location for electric mobility drive components. In addition, the traditional product fields are axes and axle components, steering columns and lightweight structural components as well as components of exhaust gas technology. The staff management team is responsible for the advice and support of executives. We are also responsible for ensuring personal and labour policy, legal, operational and collective conditions. These challenges include: Operational support of the process Employee transfer including planning and implementation of the onboarding of flexible staff at the site Completion of employment policy issues at the location and participation in labour law issues Creation of decision-making templates and presentations for executives on current personnel topics in coordination with the HR Business Partner Processing of current projects (including in transformation) as well as in cross-site topics Introduction and further integration into the ERA-deficient structures Participation in job visits and complaint processing Participation in the processing of suggestions for improvement (ideal management) The internship can start from August 2025.

Course in the field of BWL, Psychology, Education or a comparable degree programme Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel) IT affinity desirable Engagement, pioneering spirit and team skills Analytical way of thinking and predictive working Communication capability and safe occurrence Additional information: Internship duration: 6 months, start date: 15.08.2025 Of course, without formalities, we are not.
