As a team leader Financial Controlling, you play a key role in the financial management and strategic planning of our company: Responsibility for financial management and strategic planning of the company Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team Creation of budget, forecast and investment planning Analysis of cost structures, economic viability and identification of deviations and derivation of recommendations for action Support for strategic projects and investment decisions Development of control instruments to improve financial transparency Creation of reports and presentations for management, banks and the Supervisory Board Ensuring compliance with reporting and compliance requirements Cooperation with other departments to ensure integrated management Identify and advance optimization projects

Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Comparative Qualification with a Focus on Finance/Controlling Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the industrial environment leadership experience and strong team orientation Knowledge of financial and business planning and the cost and performance accounting system Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel) Analytical thinking, independent and structured working methods and high problem-solving competence Communication and leadership and enforcement Hands-on mentality and the ability to advance changes, create structures and set sustainable impulses
