Various heat and cold services as well as contracting and consulting are promising new business areas. Investment in renewable energies and the expansion of district heating are Karlsruhe contributions to the energy transition. You lead, motivate and develop your team of 6 electric professionals and are part of the leadership team involved in strategic decisions. You conduct projects for electrical installations in the low-voltage range – from conception to planning to final implementation. You are responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems as well as area networks and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards. You organize an efficient order processing from offering creation to billing and contribute to the further development of the workforce management system. You are the central interface to internal and external partners and participate in the operational service and the willingness to call the road tunnels.

You have completed master or technician training in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded professional experience in the planning, construction and operation of electrical installations. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of employees. As an organizational institution with an entrepreneurial mindset, you always keep an overview and ensure smooth order processing. For the smooth coordination in the team and with external partners, you can safely communicate in German (level C1).
