This is what we are about: In the Services department, a new department is created with the Central Services, where central topics are to be merged. You take responsibility for association communication including Fundraising, Central Secretariat, Human Resources Development and the Butterfly Project, which takes care of the digitalization support. In your function, you set impulses, give direction and ensure that ideas are implemented. In doing so, you design structures, promote cooperation, bring people and topics together and report directly to the Management Board Services. What that means in everyday life? You keep an overview, make decisions and advance topics reliably – together with your teams and in close cooperation with relevant interfaces. Their focus is to give orientation, to make structures effective and to take responsibility where it is needed. This means: Lead and develop teams: You bring the teams in motion, promote potential and create orientation without guardianship Set and implement impulses: You introduce fresh ideas, arrange priorities and ensure that projects actually progress Responsibility: You make decisions, manage budgets, prepare board decisions and act when it comes to Working externally: You design internal and external communication, strengthen the employer brand and represent the domain sovereign Networking and Synergies: You provide clear interfaces, promote collaboration between teams and bring different perspectives together

Who we are looking for: You are a leader with attitude, implementation strength and sense for people. You keep an overview, recognize quickly what really matters, and combine different perspectives to make clear decisions. You create orientation, motivate teams and make impulses so that ideas come into effective results. You are curious, open to new topics and have the pleasure of developing processes, projects and people actively – for your team, your department and our social company. Take this with you: Complete university studies, preferably in communication, social sciences or economics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in senior position Vocational experience in the social economy is desirable Efforts to decide, implement and sense of responsibility Strategic thinking with a view for the whole Ability to give orientation and motivate teams Structured, solution-oriented approach Digitalization affinity and Hands-on-Mentality High communication capability and service orientation Curiosity, openness and joy in developing processes, projects and people
