Your tasks: You coordinate the performance and quality of the planning, testing and construction services in the field of equipment with a focus on OLA / 50Hz (overheading systems and 50Hz energy supply) in various single-funded infrastructure projects under the Investment Act Coal Regions (InvKG) You accompany projects over all phases of the HOAI (1-9) and ensure the time, cost and quality implementation of the technical structures You agree closely with clients, planning offices, construction companies and authorities, organize and conduct project and coordination appointments and actively engage in technical and economic decision-making processes. The creation, testing and quality assurance of award documents and control of the procurement and award processes for planning and construction services in the field of equipment are in your area of responsibility In addition, you monitor the project progress during the planning and construction phase, identify risks and target deviations at an early stage and initiate appropriate countermeasures in coordination with the project management. You process follow-up requests in all project phases and evaluate them with regard to technical permission as well as cost and time sequences In close coordination with the project management, project management and the commercial project participants, you initiate, establish and follow the risk management as well as the timing and cost management of your projects You lead and develop engineers:industry and take on a role as mentor:in order to promote technical and project-related competence

Your profile: The basis of your career is successfully completed technical/university studies in electrical engineering, energy engineering, communications technology, automation technology or a comparable discipline You have knowledge and at least five years of professional experience in the field of overhead line systems and 50 Hz energy supply in the railway environment Funded knowledge in building and contract law as well as in project management according to HOAI, in particular in the tendering and awarding of engineering and construction services, you contribute You have experience in managing infrastructure projects over several phases of performance and always keep an overview in complex project structures Knowledge of VVBauSTE and VOB are available You work structured, decision-making and are able to safely evaluate and implement technical and economic requirements Negotiating skills, enforcing ability and a sovereign appearance are just as good as your strong communication strength in handling all project participants You are safe to use common software tools like MS Office, SAP, iTWO and Doxis
