Civil Engineer in Structural Engineering (KIB) for Bridges and Support Structures (m/f/d)

for bridges and support structures This is a fixed-term place of the 12 TVöD group (depending on the personal conditions) until 31.12.2028 (in parts). Working hours are 39 hours per week. Of these, 9 hours are only available in a limited time.

In the course of its infrastructure, the District Roads and the Centre for Building and Civil Engineering maintains a total of 130 buildings (30 road bridges, 50 support structures, 50 recreation bridges). The area of responsibility includes the engineering and administrative execution of new construction, refurbishment and entertainment measures as well as the provision of regular tests in the field of construction engineering (bridges and support structures). The project execution includes all steps from the design of the construction facilities, the planning including the collection of permits, the local construction monitoring, the building supervision, the cost control, the post-production processing, the billing, the acceptance, the documentation and the perception of the building function. The technical balancing of interests between internal and external actors also plays an important role. Part of the administrative resolution is also the implementation of all necessary awards, as well as the creation of specialist decision templates and presentations for the bodies of the circle.

Requirements (these conditions you must bring along) a successfully completed degree (FH or TU/TH or Bachelor or Master) of the degree program Civil Engineering with a corresponding indentation direction. We also expect: Professional competence, in particular multiannual professional, construction management and project management experience in these areas, preferably in a municipal administration well-founded knowledge in the described tasks Knowledge of technical regulations and their application (technical regulations and guidelines) as well as in procurement and contracting (VgV, UVgO, HOAI, VOB, ZTV-Ing, DIN 1076)

Personal competence, in particular an independent, responsible, reliable and systematic way of working Knowledge of the German language at least at level C1 in accordance with the Common European Framework for Languages (GER)

Social competence, in particular a high level of communication and negotiation skills in dealing with companies, citizens and citizens. Users and the political bodies of the circle Ability to work together in the team
