Project management in an international major program Responsibility of the project -Termin, /-Budget and Quality Goals as part of the project Control of internal and external approval processes Work in a matrix project organization Coordination of internal and external stakeholders (subsidiaries, suppliers, partners, politics and customers, etc.) Initiation, moderation and conflict resolution to the final decision on all key topics in the project Solution-finding with the involvement of all the departments involved

Completed (specialized) university studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, aerospace or comparable to the focus of project management Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Funded knowledge in project management, ideally IPMA or PMI certified Knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence Representative negotiation skills and leadership skills also in international contexts Ability and experience in working in an international team English knowledge in word and writing Ready for business trips up to 20% Solution-oriented work and intercultural competence Very good self-organization and initiative
