Working Student (m/w/d) Operating Cost Management

We are the GWG group based in Stuttgart. As an apartment company of the R+V insurance group we provide approx. 13,000 residential and commercial units in Germany. Around 230 colleagues take care of our tenants at six locations. We pursue an ambitious CO2 climate map for our buildings and are ESG certified. Housing and sustainability are our passion!

Max. 20 hours/week | first fixed for 3 months | Location: Stuttgart You are a data professional and as a working student (m/w/d) want to ensure that operating costs are paid transparently and punctually to our tenants?

Assistance of billing: You support our team in the fact that the operating cost bills arrive correctly, transparently and on time with the tenants. Data checker: You check billing documents, control cost positions and help clear open points. Excel support: You provide overviews and evaluations so that we can keep an overview of costs and deadlines at any time. Document Manager: You make sure that all billing data is fully available and stored correctly in our systems. Communication interface: You are in exchange with our offices and, if necessary, external service providers so that all information is available in time.

Immatriculated Student (m/w/d): You are currently studying BWL, real estate, economics or something comparable. Practical experience: Maybe you could already gain first professional experience – ideally in the real estate industry. Safe in handling tools: Excel & Co. are you, SAP skills are a plus – but not a must. Accuracy and organization: You work structured, carefully and reliably – especially in the case of deadlines and bills. Communicative & team-oriented: You like to work in the team, share ideas and actively contribute to positive cooperation. Strengths: You take things yourself in your hand, you work exactly and organized – without waiting long until someone tells you what to do.
