Teamlead Procurement / Teamleiter Kauf (m/w/d) Gummersbach These are your tasks in our team of disciplinary leadership and the further development of the Procurement Team Further development and implementation of the purchasing strategy for indirect purchasing and measures to optimise costs Quality assurance and optimization of existing SAP ordering processes and further development of the digitalization strategy in purchasing Conception and optimization of cross-departmental end-to-end processes in close cooperation with the specialist departments Negotiations of framework contracts, prices and delivery conditions with earnings responsibility incl. This brings you with a successfully completed study in the field of Business Administration, ideally with focus on purchasing or comparable training At least 2 years of experience in disciplinary or professional team management Multiannual professional experience in operational and/or strategic purchasing, ideally in a dynamic environment Team player with high interest and understanding for technical, group-related, legal or commercial relationships Embossed negotiation skills, enforcement ability, communication strength and high cost awareness Independent, motivated, solution-oriented and structured working methods combined with a hand-on mentality Secure handling of MS Office as well as sound knowledge in SAP, ideally in the SAP MM module Good knowledge of German and English complete your profile JOBV1_EN
