Professional advice and support of our customers Project management of conversion and expansion projects in the performance phases 1-8 of HOAI Responsibility for contractual and expected planning and implementation Budget, appointment, quality and reporting responsibility Self-winding of smaller projects Guide a project-related planning team in larger projects Planning management for projects from Office (focus), retail and hospitality Recover and analyze user requirements and needs (focus Office) Responsibility for interior design services as part of a project and takeover of planning and implementation responsibility Develop high-quality and user-centric design and interior concepts Creative cooperation in interdisciplinary planning teams together with engineers and specialist planners Regular coordination with clients

Complete study of interior architecture or architecture At least 6 years of professional experience in planning with a focus on interior architecture and design Knowledge of the performance phases 1-7 (8) according to HOAI Comprehensive knowledge of the workplace guidelines, DGUV regulations, DIN standards and the construction regulations Safe handling in CAD programs preferably Revit, MS Project, MS Office and AVA programs Communication strength and customer orientation Working team skills and pleasure in an interdisciplinary team Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge
