Production Controllers - Work Preparation / Production Planning (m/f/d)

Fine planning and termination of production orders within the manufacturing department taking into account capacity, material availability and priorities Disposition and inventory control of the make-to-stock article to ensure demand-oriented supply of internal and external customers Control of order release, monitoring of residues and active readjustment in case of deviations in order to comply with delivery reliability Ruffled sequence planning (sequencing) to reduce setup times, stabilise throughput times and increase plan filling Maintenance and optimization of planning-relevant master data in SAP, in particular batch sizes and further MRP/planning parameters Engpass and fault management in close coordination with manufacturing, intralogistics, quality and maintenance incl. Escalation and action tracking Evaluation and preparation of relevant key figures (e.g. delivery reliability, planner filling, WIP/stands, throughput times) and active cooperation in the shopfloor management

(m/w/d) or a degree in economic engineering, mechanical engineering, BWL or comparable qualification Professional experience in manufacturing control, production planning, disposition or work preparation – ideally in an industrial production environment Very good understanding of manufacturing processes and relationships between capacity, material, setup times, stocks and delivery dates Secure handling of SAP (ideally PP/MM) and MS Office, especially Excel Structured and analytical mode of operation, high organisational skills and pronounced problem-solving competence Communication and enforcement capability, safe occurrence in the shopfloor and team-oriented cooperation across interfaces High sense of responsibility and strong service orientation to ensure consistent delivery reliability
