Head of Caretaker & Coordinator of Building Repair / Maintenance Measures (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team we are looking for one or more Head of Household and Coordinator of Measures in Building Maintenance (m/w/d) Your role In this position, you take the responsibility for managing our home maintenance team from currently 50 housekeepers as well as for coordinating and implementing maintenance measures. You act as a central interface between home waiters, internal administration and external service providers and report directly to the head of our portfolio management.

Guided tour & organization Professional and organisational leadership and coordination of the home maintenance team Acquisition and acquisition of external service providers in the fields, craft companies, winter service, house cleaning and home office Acquisition of employees (from participation in interviews to signing of the contract) in the area of the home office Technical control Technical and organisational responsibility for coordination and implementation of small and medium-sized repair measures Development of technical solutions and organisation of their implementation Control and acceptance of repair services for the initiation of professional deficiencies Implementation of object visits and technical state analyses Processes & Efficiency Development of existing and integration of new processes in the field of small measures further development of existing processes in cooperation with the in-house maintenance supervisors Other tasks Support in the processing of insurance cases in cooperation with the home administration More Ad-Hoc tasks

Experience in managing and managing operational teams, ideally in the home or service area Complete technical or craft training (e.g. from the field of building technology, electrical, HLS, construction or facility management) Multiannual professional experience in technical building management Good knowledge of building technology and experience in the organisation and implementation of modernisation and maintenance measures Safe handling of MS Office Experience in the application of property-specific software (e.g. RELion) desirable Self-employed, structured and service-oriented work driving licence class B
